The Effectiveness of CPR.

  The title of this paper is The Effectiveness of CPR.   Look at the overall survival rates of CPR: in-hospital and out of hospital. What impacts these survival rates? How is surviving cardiac arrest defined? What steps are needed to improve these numbers?
