The export-led economic development of Brazil and Mexico from the late nineteenth century to 1929. focusing on the contributions of the railroads to this economic growth. or 2. Flow Brazil and Mexico shaped a new 'national identity" in the 1930s and 1940s based on the incorporation of popular sectors into the political arena and the expansion of social welfare policies.
