You are approximately three days away from your first meeting with the management team of your new company. As the budget manager, you know you play an important role in helping the entire team serve the organization and ensure institutional success. You are excited about this upcoming meeting in that the CEO has given you an opportunity to address the team. For this assignment, you will be providing an overview of what you intend to share with your fellow managers on the team. You are planning a three-part address in the fifteen-minute time allocation you have been provided by your CEO. In the fifteen-minutes you are being provided, you came to address three important issues. For this paper, you are to articulate specifically what you would introduce in this three-part presentation. For each of these sections provide an overview of your major points and articulate the sources to support the thoughts that you have expressed in relationship to these major points.
