The Impact of Carbon Monoxide Emissions released from Hired Vehicles on Cardiovascular Disease in New York City
Use python to combine New York State Department of Motor Vehicle data with the data from the US EPA and Vehicle Identification # data and merge the data and work with it in an Excel pivot table to draw conclusions about the current fuel efficiency of vehicles that are for hire in NYC. Potential for cost effective improvement of the fleet of fore hire vehicles based on the data.
Analyze fuel efficiency data relative to NYC Uber/Lyft trip data and do analysis over how much Carbon Monoxide is potentially being emitted into the atmosphere, and of course provide the data with the paper.
