The impact of RMB exchange rate on Chinese inflation

      Assess the impacts of exchange rate on domestic price in china by means of an empirical analysis. Mainly through the measurement of two indicators of inflation: the Consumer Price Index CPI and the producer price index PPI for the study, constructing a vector autoregressive model, and carried out a cointegration test, error correction model has been set up to carry out empirical analysis.
