The Justice´s Decisions on Gundy v. US

Use the Supreme Court case “ Gundy v. The United States” (I will attach the court case in the files so no need
to research) in which there are several opinions on each side, and analyze the various justice’s opinions
according to Dworkin’s theory of conflicting principles weighed against each other to arrive at the “right answer”
(emphasized in assignment #5). In other words, you would say that Justice X looked at principles A, B, and C,
and considered B to be most important, but Justice Y looked at principles A and B but also D, and thought A
was most important, etc.
