The most successful educational leaders work well with others. In fact, Marzano (2012)
cites relationships are one of the top twenty-one responsibilities of a school leader. In
your role, you should expect to collaborate with both internal stakeholders such as
students, athletes, coaches, faculty and support staff, as well as external stakeholders
such as community members and local media.
In this assignment you will reflect upon and analyze stakeholder relationships and your
perspective on working with the different groups.
