The Negative impact ESG can have on a company

  I​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​ would like a paper written on the negative effects that ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) investments could have on a company. You address the positive impacts but the paper should focus on the negative.​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​ I'm open to the number of pages needed to properly address the subject.
