The negotiation role

  Following the negotiation role play sessions, each member of the team will write their own 6-8 page report reflecting on what he/she has learned in this exercise. The report should address the following: Critical review of how the session went: how it was in line with/ different from your expectations. How would you evaluate your (team’s) performance? How would you evaluate the other party’s performance? Were the outcomes as expected? Why or why not? What would you have done differently to improve the session and/or its outcomes for your team? Under what conditions would this agreement have been settled through a competitive bidding? What are your final thoughts/ lessons learned in this exercise?
