The prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia in critically ill patients.

Start with the pathophysiology of ventilator-associated pneumonia, conduct a literature review and discuss latest developments. Please include a discussion section about new developments in diagnostic devices and technologies. In the conclusion section, please share work experience( I am a current medical intensive nurse for 8 years and taking care of ventilator patients) and include some tips for my classmates who are going to become nurse practitioners.
In addition to what i wrote, I have attached file name Research, which is a formal form of the research paper instruction. I am also going to attach 10-peer reviewed references. Please use them all. Also, I am going to include a helpful powerpoint slide from the last semester in my friend’s class.
