  The Problem" Write a 3-4 page paper using Microsoft Word to answer the question on why you did not hire the candidate. Ultimately, there is no right or wrong answer to hiring the candidate. Use your ‘core values' to support your answer for not hiring the candidate. You have a final paper due in Week 6 regarding “The Problem-" We have looked at it from a couple of different angles and the overall intent was to give more time to process your decision. What was behind the decision to not hire? How were your values impacting your decision? What were you telling yourself through self-talk? Was there self-deception?
