The relationship between the United States and China

  Write a 2-3 page (1250-1850 words) policy memo that addresses the following: The relationship between the United States and China has become central to geopolitics, economic stability, international cooperation, even global security... it is thus critical that policy leaders in both pay it special attention. Pretend you are National Security Advisor to either the U.S. or Chinese President. How would you advise them to approach the U.S.-China relationship? Construct a policy memo detailing why this presents a challenge (or risk or threat or merely an important issue - however you choose to frame it), what the president's overall goal should be, and 2-4 policy recommendations to support that end goal.
