The Second Amendment Order Description The requirements of my essay are read two cases about the second amendment which is Columbia v. Heller and peruta v san digo and california penal code section 12050 to discuss two questions:whether it is unconstitutional for a state to prohibit private citizens from carrying firearms out side the home for self-defense;and whether the state of California can restrict concealed weapons as stated in California penal code section 12050.
