The following post has two assignments namely;

1.The Value of Teams

Identify and describe the stages of team development. How might stronger team skills benefit you? How might you use teamwork skills in your job? Provide specific examples. What is it like to participate in a virtual meeting, such as web-based, teleconference, and so forth? Describe three ways in which this type of participation is different from participating in a face-to-face meeting.

2.Organizational characteristics

In three or four paragraphs, describe the organizational structure as a clinical trial cordinator, using the organizational characteristics discussed in Chapter 14. Do you think it is appropriate to the operations and supportive of the organizational goals? What changes do you think might make the formal structure better? Why do you feel that might be the case? What opportunity costs might you incur as a result of your proposed changes?
