Order Description Essay assignment, developing people and organisation. choice of a national or international organisation as a basis for this study. the last paper i did was based on innocent smoothies, however this does not need to remain the same. i feel organisations that famously preform well with their organisational development are organisations such as innocent, google, apple, Mc Donalds, facebook or retail orgs such as John lewis. i will leave the choice of which up to the writer as any will be suffice. essay will involve; empowerment, creativity and innovation. How does creativity look in good times and times of economic constraints. (looking for an arguments backed up by writers) Are staff empowered? does this show a strong relationship with org development. Do people share knowledge? Does creativity suffer when money is tight? Was management more theory x during the recession? Was the org preforming better before the recession? and how do they look going into the future? perhaps a time line could be included although not at all necessary.
