Topic: Miguel Case Study

Topic: Miguel Case Study Order Description write a clinical case study pertaining to a specific patient they examined in their clinical site (Made it up). Students are to select a patient/family who presented a challenge during this clinical practicum experience. Included in the paper will be a brief background discussion of the patient/family, a complete history and physical, a plan of care for the patient/family with a brief discussion of the patient/family outcomes (actual or expected), along with a Family Systems Theory or approach which explains (at least in part) your plan, and a brief discussion of the challenges faced by the FNP student.
