Tort and/or contract issues

  The following California cases deal with tort and/or contract issues and have had a significant impact on Business Law. Please brief these cases, particularly discussing the legal principles/issue(s) they most followed/effected/altered/changed, using the IRAC method discussed in class: Starzynski v. Capitol Public Radio Khajavi v. Feather River Anesthesia Medical Group Provide an earlier California Appellate or Supreme Court case that each of these cases was based on.
