Training plan proposal and rationale.
For this project plan proposal there is no specific template you must follow, but please ensure that you use one that contains the main parts for any training plan proposal and fit in with my topic as well as the task details required. In the context of writing a professional training plan proposal , there are 2 aspects that must be taken into account ;
1- As a workplace trainer you will be working with adult learners. This means you should have knowledge of their characteristics and how they learn.
2- Apply knowledge of social constructivist theories to design this practical guided learning initiative to address the adult learning need.

3- 2 examples from students' assignments that were given us by this unit's tutor (FYI, I also found these assignments from one of web sites as examples for a task in another unit (Anyway, it seems these models are similar with the aim of this assignment but may differ slightly in content and/or structure depending on that task criteria.
4- A copy of my previous assignment for this unit ( Just for taking general info about a specific learning need that was identified in task 1 and accordingly, in the task 2 is asked me to design a guided learning initiative to meet that learning need). Briefly, my project is to design proposed programme for in-service training of teachers in a basic education school (Grade 5-10).
