Tyco Corruption Scandal

Topic: Tyco Corruption Scandal Order Description The paper is supposed to be informative paper for our business law class. I chose to write about the Tyco International Scandal which came about in the early 2000s. The paper need to be from 6-10 pages of content, an abstract, at least 4 sources(choose both sides to flush out bias). And must do the following: Define keywords, provide a concise summary of the intent of the law, describe the injury caused by Tyco's leadership, question the social cost, question the profit side, provide historical information on the subject matter and in the conclusion give your opinion(is it intent or risk; do you see the law as necessary (does it protect rights, safety, and/or equity) or is it government overreach?
