  Prepare a complete construction budget estimate for a small office building project using the budget spreadsheet template attached to this assignment. You may suggest an alternative building of your choice if you choose to do so. This can be a project you are involved with or very familiar with, but please keep the scope manageable and preferably comparable to the one suggested.
