Virtue and the Public and Private Morality of Leaders

        In this module, the public and private morality of leaders is questioned. Would it be fair to deny someone a job because of information you know, i.e., incidents of sexual abuse, assault, substance abuse, etc.? What ethical considerations do you make when deciding to hire an individual with respect to your company/organization?
