Involuntary manslaughter is the least blameworthy form of criminal justice. In this research paper, the student will discuss, compare and contrast voluntary and involuntary manslaughter. In addition, the paper should discuss how the laws are applied in “Stand Your ground” defense states. The paper should discuss the principles as noted in the readings and class discussions. The paper should use examples to support the perspectives presented in the paper.
