Weekly Post Discussion Paper details: Provide a status report to your classmates and instructor. Describe any modifications you have made to the project or documentation, whether you encountered any new challenges or identified new risks, and describe the mitigation strategy you implemented for addressing each risk. Are you meeting the objectives identified in your system proposal? include information about the project status section of your project closure document. Is your project complete? Did it meet the objectives from your proposal? Were any objectives not fulfilled? State which ones and why. What is the risk? Did you use any workarounds or shortcuts to keep the project on track? Describe them and whether you recommend that they should be fixed in the future. How will you communicate the project status to stakeholders? Additionally, review the sample project status report template provided in this module and discuss how you would tailor it to suit your documentation requirements. If you have chosen another project status template, discuss its benefits over the resource provided.
