Read the excerpts of Thomas Jefferson’s letter to Thomas Law (13 June 1814) and the excerpts from the secondary source, Global Community The Role of International Organizations in the Making of the Contemporary World (Akira Iriye, 2002), then with the understanding of the development of natural law throughout history make a correlation to the obligations of nations and organizations as they pertain to relations between nations (and factions of nations) by writing about three events that you have studied during the semester.
