Note: this person HAS to have the power to ACTUALLY make a change. What is your call-to-action? What is the solution you are proposing? How can your audience make that change? How can you use persuasive appeals? What kinds of evidence can you use to establish logos? How can you use YOUR background or create a strong ethos? What kinds of pathos appeal are going to work with this SPECIFIC audience?
