Work-Life Balance Order Description Workplace policy that incorporates work/life balance, including the use of technology to contribute to increased productivity and team building This report needs to be 3-4 pages in length using APA format, including text and visuals (charts, pictures, etc. supporting the thesis). The purpose of this proposal is not merely to report but to recommend. I think the best format would be a memo. Maybe mention how an effective time management training will help such as a blended learning approach: live sessions followed by web-based training? Another option would be appreciated but should be supported with data. The visuals should present information and become part of building the argument for the solution. Another word on visuals, I do not want pictures of people and the visuals should be graphs or charts. The goal for this assignment is to keep it concise and to the point.
