Workplace violence

              Some experts say that it is impossible for an employer to predict who will be violent, so there is not much employers can do to prevent violence in the workplace. What is your personal viewpoint regarding this statement? As you explain your rationale, consider your current or a previous workplace. Do you feel safe from the threat of workplace violence? If it were your own business, is there anything you would do differently to protect your workers?
