Things to think about for this assignment: 1. Is your workout working for you? Why or why not? Provide specific examples. 2. Is there anything about your workout that you would change? Provide examples and be specific. 3. What are you happy with in your workout and/or your progress? 4. What are you not happy with in your workout and/or your progress?  Did you end up changing anything? 5. Paper must be 2 full pages in length typed (double spaced & 12-point Calibri or Times New Roman font please) A copy of your workout log will be required as part of assignment #2.  If you do not hand in your workout log, you will be deducted 10 points.  For these assignmenments,  you will be graded on subject, grammar and structure.
