You are the Senior Partners of XYZ Law Firm based in Manhattan, New York. You have been approached by one of your Fortune 500 Global Clients by the name of ABC Corporation. ABC Corporation is a Global manufacturer of a commercial Product known as J-KIT. The Executives of ABC have asked you for a briefing meeting, wherein they seek, both domestic and International, a complete Legal update per Strategic Intellectual Property (IP) Management.
