The commentary should reflect your position on the ideas in the article, and you should illustrate your points with examples of assessment procedures used by actual organizations. This will require internet research, academic research, and very likely, discussions with industry practitioners. Importantly, existing commentaries exist on this article that you can find online – however, these are more than two years old. Your commentary should include a more up-to-date perspective. Your commentary can include the following elements:
a) A critical challenge to one or more aspects of the focal article, arguing for a position other than that taken in the focal article;
b) An elaboration or extension of the position taken in the focal article, basically sympathetic to the position taken in the focal article, but pushing the argument further;
c) A reflection on the reality of applying the issues addressed in the focal article in particular organizational settings;
