The aim of my dissertation to investigate the importance of understanding organisational culture in order to implement successful strategies, maintain sustainable performance and increase productivity while achieving existing goals.

To investigate the role of managers and their impact on organisational culture in maintaining and controlling staff behaviour and attitudes
To examine organisational culture and change (including the factors influencing organisational culture)

To make recommendations that enhance the motivation of individual staff employed in a business environment
