You have been given the task by the main board to develop the offer.

You decide to analyse the firm and its current offer in two ways:

1. The current practices of co-creation and the theoretical underpinnings of those practices;
2. The enhanced capabilities and practices that can be generated by applying co-creation and related conceptions for the service-dominant logic.

Write your paper as a theoretically informed piece of work, yet in a way that is sufficiently applied that managers on the main board will know what they need to do in order to implement your proposed ideas and recommendations.
