1. Discuss the historical and contemporary aspect of your topic.
2. Discuss current public debates relevant to the topic. This section should cover proposed solutions to problems related to your topic and also write three arguments in favor and opposed to those solutions.
3. Express your personal opinion regarding the proposed solutions and arguments.
4. Your paper must have 4 references using textbooks, websites and articles, one reference must be peer reviewed article from a professional journal. (sources should be less than 5 years and APA 6TH EDITION)
5. Appropriate in- text citations throughout paper.
