3. In your journal for this week, reflect on the case study, “What to Do with My Life,” and answer the following questions or prompts. Your journal should be a minimum of ten paragraphs long (approximately two pages, single-spaced), and utilize references and citations in APA format.
a. Do you think Charlotte followed the planned change process well? Was there anything she should have done differently? If yes, what, and why?
b. What therapeutic best practice could Charlotte implement with the client, Tim, and why?
