As many you have heard, President Trump is currently under extreme scrutiny about allegations that he may have violated campaign finance laws, a felony, when he was a candidate campaigning for the presidency. As such, there has been discussion about the possibility of a federal indictment of a sitting U.S. president which would be unprecedented in this nation’s history.
