Joint pain

Early Sunday morning you depart from the Cayman Islands heading to Houston in a Boeing 737.Soon after you reach a cruise altitude of 37,000 feet you are informed by the senior flight attendant that a 32 year old male is complaining of severe joint pain of his knees and shoulders. While talking with the flight attendant the passenger is now complaining that he can’t feel his legs and is unable to getup as both legs are very weak. His condition continues to worsen and does not appear to be resolving. What is your impression to the cause of his symptom sand what immediate actions should be taken?
