the following questions must be answered during writing the problem statment
Your problem statement is incomplete….
A problem statement is the heart of a thesis. It should be complete, concise and precise. It should at least contain :
- What is the basic curiosity ?… What is it that you are so curious to know the answer on the issue ?
- Why is the topic so important that it deserve to adopted as a PhD research topic ?
- What is the research gaps related to the issue and how you capitalise it …
- How do you propose to satisfy your curiosity ? – your basic research approach
- What do you anticipate to discover from the research ?
