Face to Face Nurse Leader Interview

Conduct a face to face interview with a nurse leader (above the Charge Nurse level- Examples include CNO,
CNS, Nurse Educator, QI/UR/Infection Control Nurse) to analyze the decision making style and process for the best option(s) to problem solving. The nurse leader you interview should be someone you are familiar with in your organization. If that is not applicable to your situation, please contact your course facilitator to discuss other options.
