In your introduction, include a thesis that provides your overall opinion on the danger presented by carbon monoxide pollutant and the adequacy of current engineering controls and regulatory controls. In the conclusion, revisit this thesis and sum up how the information you presented supports your opinion. Based on your research, provide suggestions for what should be done about your pollutant. Your research paper should include a detailed discussion of the following:
sources of the pollutant, factors affecting its fate and transport, health effects, ecological effects, engineering control measures, and regulatory control measures.
