Regularizing commercial property lease issues

A regular client has a portfolio of commercial properties located on Commercial Street, which is a secondary location on the outskirts of Salchester which is a typical town in the North of England and has appointed you to regularise a number of issues on a property by property basis. There are 7 properties to be assessed.
In addressing these issues you should refer to a range of relevant case law and statute to support your statements. The brief should be presented to a professional standard. The issues should be dealt with logically. Your brief should be written in the third person. Arguments should be clearly stated. Again, these should be clearly identified and referenced appropriately. All the sources that you rely on for the statements made in your brief should be acknowledged. Statements of the law should be supported by references to legal cases and sections within statutes (rather than textbooks or articles). References to pages within textbooks and articles may be used to support the opinions of authors where you use these in support of your arguments.
