PART I:
Log two days of food/beverage out of one week. Log one day of Monday through Friday and then log one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Screen shot those logs into a Word Document and provide the days you collected your data.

Screenshot the charts (pie charts or bar graphs, depends on if you use your phone or a computer) from your diary of Nutrients and Macros.
Disucss if you went over or under the percentages, based off of your personal goals.
PART III:
Discuss your personal goals.
Discuss what you learned about yourself and eating habits with this assignment.
