Effective leadership communication

Present a training seminar to a group of professionals on the topic of effective leadership communication including the do’s/don’ts, pitfalls, and recommended behaviors.

Include a communication skill development activity as part of the seminar. You must complete the seminar before the deadline of this assignment due date and provide evidence of the course (picture, etc.).

Upload your 1) teaching notes (include instructions for communication skill in teaching notes), 2) evidence of presentation, and 3) presentation slides into Blackboard.

Presentation should be no less than 30 minutes (There is not a limit on the maximum length).

Resources: Use no less than 10 resources. Include a reference slide at the end of the presentation. Teaching notes should show the source of all information. Direct quotes on slides should give proper attribution.

“Group of professionals” can be: coworkers, adults in an organization or church, friends, classmates. A group is 2 or more people.

Evidence of presentation: Provide a photo of you presenting to the group. If you cannot provide a photo due to restrictions from the organization, contact me for pre-approval of proof of evidence. Failure to provide obvious proof of presentation is an automatic 20 point deduction.

The presentation slides should be professional. If you need information on creating professional slides, the internet has many great resources.
