For this assignment, you will write your own case study profiling yourself as the V^3 leader, highlighting ways in which your leadership embodied Virtue, Value, and Vision.
Assignment guidelines:
○ Don’t spend more than a paragraph talking about your past unless it is relevant to your V^3 future; regardless, spend no more than 20% looking backwards
○ Make sure to specifically hit on 2-3 elements of each V, referencing the V^3 model for accuracy. Also, looking at cases you have engaged with in the course of the term will give you a greater understanding of the V^3 model and the writing style for a case study.
○ Think holistically about the leadership life you want to live and the people you want to be by your side as you live it. Do not simply limit yourself to career pursuits.
