Case Analysis Paper: You must prepare a case analysis paper on a topic chosen below. Be sure to focus and examine the problems and evaluate potential alternatives and solutions moving forward. Topic: The State of New Mexico and the City of Albuquerque fight for the unlawful end of Safe Relief Policy
The end of safe relief policy released thousands of Asylum seekers to the border states and cities without assistance. According to the lawsuit filed by the State of New Mexico and the city of Albuquerque, the sudden change in policy violated procedural and substantive provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act (“APA”) and was therefore unlawful.
