How Iran Uses Nuclear Weapons in Their International Relations

This essay is for a nuclear weapons seminar. I don’t really have any restrictions, it’s just important that the essay focuses on answering the core question. Additionally, that it focuses on the general topic of nuclear weapons. So if you can compare and contrast Iran with other countries that have used the threat of nuclear weapons as well that would be great.
