  1. Do you believe Netflix has infringed on any antitrust laws by not allowing its users to subscribe via the App Store?
  2. Do you think Apple is breaking antitrust laws by applying an “Apple Tax” on the apps they sell, or by not allowing developers to sell apps elsewhere?
  3. What is your opinion on the Supreme Court’s ruling along with the reasoning they gave? Does this set a good or bad precedent for future cases?
