In Session 11, one of the major objectives is to identify what an ‘Ethics of the Good’ requires when one is compelled to make decisions on ethical dilemmas involving prenatal life. When seeking assistance to make those decisions, we have a multitude of sources to draw from including historical perspective, philosophical and religious traditions, past and present social commentary, and science. Discuss how the use of rhetoric and ideology (versus reason) can influence decision-making. If you include your own opinion, provide support for your position.
