Non-fiction writing

You are to go outside, watch an event, write what you observed. You should tell only what happened, not include yourself in the action, but to simply watch someone, a group of (2-3) people, or a group of insects (for example, a colony of ants) doing an action of some kind. Be sure to focus on the physical activity and on how the people are doing it. What are they doing? Are they lifting something? Building something? Creating something? Cooking something? Making something? write about the action.
