Here David speaks about the failure of his projects to deliver working hardware (water pumps), which in turn affected the program’s intended outcome of improving clean water supply. However, such programs may have many other aspects such as the training of local staff, and forming links with other services. This video will be the subject of the discussion boards at the end of this Module.
