Jack:

Basic system architecture and EIS

Don’t like to use Stoke’s package and against EIS but keen in not spending a lot of effort give other priorities (3rd priority)

—> Urgency and timing: preferred staged roll-out, small appliances first. (first priority)

—> Capabilities, specs, functions, and access: against two possibilities stokes proceeding alone and maybe twisting the system & open system. Supports uniform development of system (2nd priority)

—> leadership and roles

Only concerned about leadership and role in cost definition and functional analysis but no staff to commit year ( 5th priority)

—> Cost allocation

Not a big issue but don’t want the cost to be shared equally given small size of food business. Preference is to allocate cost in proportion of revenue (best) or profit (2nd best)

(4th priority)
